A useful first move
A quoting app that reuses your last price sheet
Type the job, get a priced quote in under two minutes. Setup is one afternoon. Gives back roughly an hour a day during quoting season.
One 45 minute call. A written plan naming the exact tools, what they cost, and what you get back. Flat $999, or you pay nothing.
The real bottleneck
If you get sick, take a day off, or just have an off week, the answer disappears with you. A process that only works because you remember it is not a system. It is a single point of failure that happens to run your business.
Same assessment, different shop. The question changes, the discipline does not: name the tool, name the fit, name the time it gives back.
A common questionI keep losing an hour a day writing quotes by hand.

What we do
Assess
One 45 minute call. A written report naming the tools, what each one costs, and how much time it gives back.
Implement
Every tool from the report gets set up and configured. You leave with things working, not a to-do list you never get to.
Support
Ongoing monthly help building whatever comes next, priced separately and only if you want it.
One front door. Everything after it is optional, and scoped in writing.
01 · The front door
$999 flat
The diagnostic. One conversation, one written prescription, one review call.
If I cannot find you 5 hours a week, you pay nothing. The full $999 counts toward whatever you build next.
Start assessment02 · The build
per project
Every tool from your report, set up and configured for how you actually work. Not a to-do list, the real thing, running.
Scoped and priced from your assessment.
03 · The care
monthly
The system stays sharp as your business changes: new tools reviewed, priority help when something breaks, nothing left to quietly go stale.
By application, after a build.
One 45 minute call, then I go to work. You get a written report within a week, with a prioritized answer to four questions.

Estimated time at risk
10 hours / week
About 520 hours a year, before interruptions and rework.
I build the software small businesses actually run on, so I know which tools fit a shop your size and which ones just burn your money. No jargon, no hype. Just the handful of things that give you your week back.
A four person crew does not need enterprise software. The tool has to earn its place in your week, not just show up on a trend list.
Every recommendation comes with the login, the setup, and the plain-language how-to. Nothing depends on me sticking around.
Every price in the report includes the time setup actually takes, so the real cost is never a surprise after you sign up.
Everything I hand over is documented and yours to keep. If we ever stop working together, nothing breaks and nothing disappears.
Questions
No. If you can use email and a phone, you can use everything I recommend. That is the point of prescribing tools that already exist instead of building something custom.
Usually yes. Most owners are using one general tool for everything, which is like owning one wrench. The report is about the specific tools built for the specific jobs eating your week.
Sometimes the answer is a tool you already pay for, used differently. Recommendations average about 60 dollars a month total, and I will tell you when something is not worth buying.
An agency wants a long build. This is a diagnostic that ends in a document you own, and you are free to implement all of it without me.
Then you pay nothing. That is the whole guarantee, and the only thing you risk is 45 minutes.
The assessment is recommendations. If you want help building the bigger things it uncovers, that is what the concierge engagement is for, and we talk about it only if you raise it.
Get back to running your business. We'll handle the tools.
